To all our amazing clients and purrfect patients,
This week has been very stressful on everyone with changing information every day. First, even bigger hugs to you all! Even though we need to give into our inner cats, and practicing social distancing, know that you are in our thoughts and prayers of your Wild Rose Cat Clinic team.
Because cats do not choose the most opportune times to be sick or injured, our priority is to be able to keep the clinic open to be there when you need us. Therefore, we are making the following changes (effective immediately):
We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding.
Sincerely,
Dr Liz Ruelle
This week has been very stressful on everyone with changing information every day. First, even bigger hugs to you all! Even though we need to give into our inner cats, and practicing social distancing, know that you are in our thoughts and prayers of your Wild Rose Cat Clinic team.
Because cats do not choose the most opportune times to be sick or injured, our priority is to be able to keep the clinic open to be there when you need us. Therefore, we are making the following changes (effective immediately):
- Our front door is locked to limit traffic. Call when you come to the clinic.
- We are deferring routine visits of healthy cats at this time. We are looking at returning to routine appointments after April 8th.
- Our waiting room in now closed. When you arrive for an appointment, please call at 403 278 5533 to check in and we will go from there. We ask that, to the best of your abilities, only one servant be present for the appointment. If you wish to not be present, we are happy to offer day intake appointments where human-to-human interactions are kept at a minimum (but cat-to-human time is not impacted)
- If arriving for food or medication, we are practicing curbside delivery. We ask that you call ahead and we will get everything ready. When you get to the clinic, please call and we will bring your supplies directly to you
- Please do not enter the clinic if you are ill or have been exposed to someone who is ill or if you have recently travelled.
We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding.
Sincerely,
Dr Liz Ruelle
